I didn't realize it, but I do that too with my T. Less so now that we've seen each other for a year now, but I did that until SHE was the one who was regularly using my friends' names and my cat's name...and I was like "Oh, she remembers all of this!" I have a TERRIBLE memory, so her memory fascinates me as she doesn't take notes, and goes right onto the next client...

Mine's got a fairly good memory. I had the impression it was better when we first started working together, but it's so pretty darn good.

he has a pretty good memory pertaining to our therapy as in... things i have told him

but when it comes to sending me a email with the invoice in it, not so much

I thought of this thread today when I said something I used he taught me and he was like "where did you hear that?"...lol HERE.. from you.. I guess he does forget..
