I am tired and read chemical as criminal.

If I were a criminal element, I would need to be something non-violent, maybe along the lines of international art "procurement."

I am in PT for a muscle issue in my back, and I guess we've gone too far too fast because last night I was in agony. I even took a muscle relaxer and it did nothing for me. I wanted to go to the ER but since I'd taken the relaxer, I knew I wasn't fit to drive.

It is a bit better now. Pain is scary.

You're a rare breed — beautiful, intelligent and you can keep your cool when you're under pressure. You also know exactly when and how to make yourself useful when people need you. Don't ever change.

Well, that is nice to hear anyway! This is fun. Thanks for the idea, guys.

We are taking the formerly feral kittens to a no kill shelter today. We are all incredibly sad about it, but we have a lot of cats and cannot afford more to care for, not to mention space issues.

You're friends depend on you and look to you for help when they're in trouble. You're solid, trustworthy, and the most abundant metal by mass found in animals. Go you!

I've always wanted to be an art thief! Wanna form a gang? I know someone who'd be good at art forgery...

You are: Krypton

You're beautiful and rare and everyone wants to get to know you. You have plenty of uses, including in lighting and photography. It does get annoying when everyone keeps getting you confused with Superman's home planet, though.

I will need to start dressing better for this caper.

Is a zip car, zero emissions? Because that would take some of the guilt out of this. I don't want to spend all my spoils on more therapy.

I just woke from the strangest dream (thanks psyche for letting this be a keeper) where I was embarrassed repeatedly in public and saw my youngest as a teen, two of my favorite band members, a few people from my past that I'm no longer speaking with, and was just taking offense at another veiled insult when my phone started ringing and interrupted. I'm half tempted to try to go back to sleep to see if I fall into the same dream, I want to know if dream-me rips a strip off that woman's hide for her comment!

My hubby is the best friend ever. He brought me a blanket from the other room so I did not have to disturb the cat.

I had an upsetting dream this morning too. There was a big holiday party at the house i grew up in and everyone seemed to be there even people I did not want to see. I remember feeling sad and depressed. With all of the chaos going on I tried to call my therapist (sparky who I am still tapering off by phone). His line was bad or mine was so I tried calling him back again and again. My fingers didn't seem to work the numbers correctly so I could not get though until the last ten minutes of my phone appointment. When I did get through sparky seemed upset with me. In this dream he said "we don't have much time left and we need to make the most of it. You have something you've wanted to tell me and it's important that we talk about it. What did you not get as a child that you are getting from me? Then the phone call cut out again. Weird imagery continued in the dream like my parents , my cat playing with a baby left alone in a room. A kitchen appliance covered with blood. That dream really creeped me out

Lol I know!! There was so much more too this was the condensed version. Sparky is terrible with dream work. I wouldn't want to do it all of the time but I have found it useful with my old t.

Back from my half-session with t. It was filled with sparkles, I must say. We talked a bit about my fairy tale and how in 4 pages it somehow manages to encompass the work that we've done together over the past 4+ years. She said she'd already read it twice, and asked me to read it out loud to her, and she got up and brought me the teddy bear and put it right next to me so I put my arm around the teddy bear and read it out loud. We giggled together over so many parts of it, that were SO me (like where the Princess "flung herself backward onto her bed in dramatic confusion, tears threatening to erupt from her eyes.") We talked about the letting go of my old story - about how I feel sorta like I'm standing on a boat, and the anchor is in the water preventing the boat from moving forward, and it's so big because I've fed it for so long, and I'm poised to cut the rope and let the anchor fall.... so interesting... that I feel this current work like it's an alive thing moving through my entire body, it's not just up in my head, now I just gotta cut the rope.... and I'm going to a ceremony of releasing and clearing this weekend with my drumming group, so that's where it's going to happen... t said at one point that she has several pictures in her mind throughout my story that need illustrations haha if I could paint, I know what I would paint.... ! Anyway it was a wonderful session. I told her the other reason I wanted to come today is because I've come in there so many times where I couldn't talk, or I just sat there and bawled, or complained, but I really wanted to bring something GOOD in there for once, because I feel like she deserves that after walking with me through all the bad stuff. Boy, if I thought 50 minute sessions went by fast, 30 minutes really flies by.... and then on my way out she gave me a hug, didn't even ask this time it just naturally happened and I loved that too. Now I need to get my laundry started.... happy Saturday couch.

Wow Art that sounded really powerful!! I am really missing therapy right now. But it does remind me that there is a reason to go back to therapy even with someone else. Those powerful moments make it worthwhile.

I love the logic of cat ownership. It's as though we cede our natural place in the hierarchy to them.

Get well soon!

I am being pulled back harder and harder by my addiction. I honestly don't know how much longer I can do this. Some people can help themselves out of this mess, I have tried again and again. When am I finally going to be able to do anything about it permanently??

Right? I sit here at my computer sometimes, doing nothing, because one of my cats will be laying on my hand that's holding the mouse and I can't move it to do anything....
