I think that one is in the book of stupid stuff to ask your client. Like on page one.

I thought she had gone mad. "Of course not - I doubt you missed me either" was my response.

Thanks!!! I'm feeling kinda odd and out of it from all these new meds, but I've spent a lot of time inpatient and I'll post an update soon. Missed you guys. Thought of you, but I wasn't allowed my phone and the smuggling it in my bra trick failed this time. Xo

Very much what Madame T would say.

That's a fair question, isn't it?

I don't think so from a therapist. I found it odd she thought I might miss her and I rather don't see the point of the question.

The first thing that comes to mind -my Pdoc was concerned about me right after he discharged me from MH hospital. He was busy that week so he suggested I meet him at court where he had business and we could talk after. He didn't tell me he was the defendant in court that day...being sued by his former landlord for recovery of damages he left at the rental house! He didn't tell me his WIFE and young baby would be there, too. He acted surprised when he saw me. His wife was confused about what I was doing there.

It only turned into more of a drama. I've posted about it before. It got waaaay bad. Bailiff had to draw his gun on my Pdoc to get him to leave the courtroom. ::shudder::

Also, same doc, another time...he wrote a prescription for me on a scrap of paper, telling me to take it to the pharmacy. "They *have* to fill it." He loved challenging authority...but you just don't do that with a fragile client you just released from the hospital.

I liked him so much, too. I was attached. But now, looking back, I see that was pretty weird.

My Ts have said many, many weird things.

This was weird-

I was calling my Pdoc (same weird one) and the phone didn't ring but suddenly I heard him say, "Hello??" I told him I was calling him and the phone didn't even ring. He gasped. He had been calling me at the same instant and he didn't get a ring tone either!

Both of us had picked up the receiver and the phone had connected us at exactly the same moment.
