The more connected I feel, the more emotionally turbulent I become. This is becoming a problem.

My T used to share bits of her life at times. I'm not sure if that's something she did with everyone. Perhaps it was just her way of venting. I felt more connected because of it I guess. Then when I told her that I was ending my sessions and she had no feedback and and said good luck I was convinced that it all Meant nothing and that it was probably her way of venting or stress relieving. Prrhaps it was small talk. I'm not sure anymore.

This is how I feel right now, too. Like, wouldn't it be easier for me to leave now, when I'm feeling disconnected? I could probably try to work through it to find the connection again, but I don't know...maybe I just need someone different? Or to just step away for a bit? So...I get it.

I do feel I have a connection with T in a very professional sense. I super trust him, his boundaries , and understanding of me and of psychology in general . He has taught me alot and I can recieve input from him easily because I know he is coming from a caring place.
Thanks for this!
