I saw my pdoc today, just about a month after I saw her before. Since her and T1 are in the same office (same business), she knows I was hospitalized again this month. She made a comment that I've been irritable about ever since. She asked what do I think is going on that my coping skills aren't working right now? I took her statement as accusatory. I told her I've been trying my coping skills, but things are high stress right now. She mentioned that it had been a long time between my #1 and #2 hospitalizations, and then #2 and #3 were only a month apart.
Maybe I'm being super irritable because I had my nursing license test this morning and I'm stressed over that. I feel like all the professionals don't know what to do with me lately, and I'm at a lost of anything they could do. I feel like "who cares and why bothering helping me." I just needed to get this out as I'm super overwhelmed tonight. |

I do think that was insensitively worded. She could have said "What are the current stresses you're under that are overwhelming your usual coping abilities?" for instance.

Thank you. It did feel insensitive when she knows about what's going on with me and my situation.
