I was dealing with anxiety about appearing in public places. My T once took me grocery shopping and on another ocassion we had coffee at a busy care

Just wanted to add another thing onto my list.
Listening to my story, no matter how horrible I feel. Inviting me to come back and "tell him what is too much." That's a gift beyond words to me. |

Also, taught me how to tell which side of the car has the gas cap. There's a little arrow by the fuel gauge. ****ing invaluable, that.

one lovely thing she did for me this week is calling me on christmas eve and christmas day, and texted me on new years. i appreciated that a lot.

I had just terminated with the first T I ever told - and he didn't.
