I have never found that more talking helps - particularly when the therapist is off somehow. I have found trying out new ones to help or to just stop hiring a therapist and trying other things for awhile.

OMG. Your initial post was far more directive than anything I said. I merely mentioned the possibly of stopping therapy as an option, since it was suggested that continuing was the only way.

I also think it's entirely relevant to ask whether the therapist has been transparent enough to warrant continuing with such a risky endeavor. It's good to stay grounded in reality with such things.
