In my experience, disclosure from T doesn't make that much of a difference in my worrying what the T really thinks about me. I mean, MC discloses much more than T, but I'm more concerned about what he thinks about me.

Well, it may depend on the kind of thing disclosed? If a T was being entirely transparent about how the process was affecting him then I guess one might be fairly confident about their opinions or feelings. However, such transparency may well be counter-productive, and even unethical for other reasons?
Thanks for this!
