I cry at different times, about different things, in different ways in session.
Before therapy crying didn't have much value in my life.
Now? It's just Something natural.
They're are times, when I'm in a regressed state that I still try to hold it back. But even that has changed. It doesn't last line it use too.
Thanks for this!

I haven't cried in session as of yet but I've been close to it. It's an awkward feeling for me and something that I don't like to do. I try to hold back my tears as much as possible. I find it to be embarrassing.
Thanks for this!

That's an interesting observation... sometimes it does feel like the tears are just a nuisance! 😐
