I had to call my T and psychiatrist today. I woke up today crying all day and feeling suicidal. My T said he could see me Thursday morning and my psychiatrist's office said if I couldnt get in with T to call them back.
I'm suffering right now. |

Hugs, hopealwayz. I wish i had magic words to help you feel better. Sending healing energy your way. I hope pdoc can do something today to help. Glad you got scheduled w t. Could your t talk briefly with you over the phone today maybe? Feel better.

I don't know why I feel so depressed. My T did speak to me for a few minutes today. I felt so close to sui earlier today that it was scary.
