My T is only about 6 or 7 years older than me, and super laid back and likes to infuse humor in therapy. She is kind, and always tells me that it is okay no matter where I am at. She suggests things, and gives me information, but always tells me it is my choice. It will be interesting to see if we can work through/past this stuck-ness that has had me quit therapy in the past. I'm not sure.
