3 yrs I've sat and controlled therapy. Told T this and told her that and yes some of it needed to be told. BUT now I see how I've not really allowed myself to be exposed in an non-contrived way.

Yesterday was the first time that explored what was going on for me in the moment and saw how my past effects my relationships today.

Its scary, but its freeing too.

Now I realise how little I know about my own actions and drives behind them so how the hell can I know about someone elses?

I've heard it said that people who do, don't teach, and people who teach don't do. I get that now.

Hello (((MOUSE))). Sometimes the best teaching lies from within but has to be shared with someone else to exist. Sometimes when I see you posting MOUSE I can not believe you are the same person from just a few months ago. You make me just sit up and take notice of how much determination it takes to survive and live in this world, but you just do what you have to do and go on everyday through out the struggles. You are such an inspiration to me and I am sure others at Psych Central that there is hope in moving forward with mental health issues to live a more secure existence. I just wanted to share what a joy that is has been to know you and get to support you through your struggles, and learn so much from you in the process. Take care. I wish you the best MOUSE in your future steps toward recovery. Soidhonia
