I think this is going to seem ridiculous, but I'm wondering if it's just me.
I'm starting to notice what I call the "[T's name] Effect." I see her one morning a week, and that night or the day after, especially after a great session, all hell will break loose in my life. I don't know if it's just that I feel better after therapy so new bad things seem bigger, or if there's really something to this. Anyone else?
Thanks for this!

It's like the Sports Illustrated cover curse!

I have not noticed this myself, no.

I notice the same thing. For me, I think if might be because after each session I usually feel are and emotional even if they are good sessions. So I wonder if that is why it seems like everything goes crazy shortly after appointments.

I had this for a while with my newer T. I always wondered why. It doesn't seem so noticeable now.

I have noticed this although I think mine is mostly due to a lot of self sabotage. If we have an emotional session or make progress I find myself waiting for something to go wrong or, if it doesn't happen, I make it go wrong. It sucks.

Yes I get this too. Luckily I go twice a week so there's not that long between sessions. Sometimes I think it happens because we did emdr and it dredge up old memories and cockroaches come running out of the woodwork. Other times I think it's just because I start thinking about what he says in the sessions and sometimes it makes sense sometimes not but I usually come to realizations about my past or my thoughts and sometimes those are emotional so it feels like my whole world is in turmoil again. I know he is probably tired of me bringing up drama every time I go in. It hasn't always been that way but for the past month it's been pretty bad. I think as we get better hopefully it will happen less.
