Avoiding Therapy.

I've recently come to realize that I am really, really adept at this Boy, Im Good At This and sabotaging therapy, or avoiding therapy, or not working in therapy, or changing the subject in therapy- basically anything I can do to avoid therapy or talking about anything.

Anyone else have this problem?

Rainbowzz, I don't really have that problem (although I surely have many others!). I think what keeps me motivated in therapy is that I pay 100% of my T's fees out of pocket, and he ain't cheap! No way am I going to go to therapy and waste my money by not participating or working. If that was the case, my money would be better off in the bank. Are you paying for your own therapy or is your insurance covering it?

Unfortunately, I have the opposite problem. Somewhere in the middle would be nice, huh? Good Luck.
