Have you ever experience where you feel force from
Your own therapist to say how you feel?

What do you mean? The therapist urging you to articulate how you feel or the therapist insisting that you must feel x?

Urging me to say how I feel.
It feels like they are... Pushing buttons. They bring up the subject time and time again.

My T had a sheet of words that were all emotions. I'd pick one or two out when I could not communicate how I felt. So, he didn't force me...it was quite helpful.

That sounds very unethical. If it was me I would not see that T again.
Thanks for this!

If you feel forced to say how you feel, why not say you feel forced?

Sometimes when people are cut off from their own feelings, or have numbed themselves to avoid facing painful matters, it can be useful for the therapist to point that out.

But you should totally discuss this feeling you have, of being forced, with your therapist. Why not! Your therapist wants to talk about feelings, right? So how does this feeling "forced" make you feel towards your therapist? Why do you think he or she is doing this? Does it remind you of anything else in your life. All of those discussions are excellent therapy material!
Thanks for this!

The way you come across Im thinking are you sure you not a therapist yourself?
Your advice is useful.
Oh I figured it out, after speaking to them. Just felt like I don't know pressuring myself to show my "vulnerability"
Though the person it reminds me of is my partner. Forceful, impatient. Which can be really annoying.
