I signed up for betterhelp a few days ago and was connected with a T. I have a few questions for anyone with experience using betterhelp.

1) How often does/did your T reply, mine replies once a day 3-4pm?

2) If you change T's do you keep your room and the e-mail transcripts that have already taken place so the new T can read what's already been typed out?

It depends on the T, I had one T who would respond several times a day and one T who only responded once a day.

I had the same experience. My first T on BetterHelp replied within a few hours. The second one replied once a day.

I'm glad you have gotten signed up. I hope it is helpful for you.

I'm not sure if the transcripts stay when you switch. You can always copy and past them into a word doc but if its long your new therapist might not have the time to read it.

My therapist there responded twice a day during the week usually, sometimes more. If you're only at once a day and the responses aren't in depth then switch.

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
