Just wondering
Calms me down. Meds like vistaril or atarax are basically just benadryl. Benadryl can help with anxiety. I use it to calm me down a couple notches

I use it for calming sometimes, too. Might take half of one before my T session today...(if I take a full one, I might fall asleep!)

Benadryl makes my heart race and speeds me up. Then again, I can also nap after a couple cups of coffee. Klonopin calms me and Valerian root calms me. I'm going back to my APN tonight at 6pm to ask to go back on Effexor and refill Klonopin for an as needed basis. She knows I metabolize meds quickly and it doesn't take me long to reach the max dose of any medication so that's why I'm going back to her. This way she won't start me on just the lowest dose of Effexor. Which is 37.5. Hopefully she will go up some so I don't have to spend a month playing around with popping a pill that won't have an effect.
Can't believe I'm going to go tonight and hand 80 bucks over to talk to this nurse for 15 minutes and her hand me a script. Really.

Hmm the benedryl thing is useful to know. Does it make a difference whether it's the drowsy or nondrowsy formula?

Valerian gives me paranoid delusions....

Yea, he is a huge baseball fan. Favorite team is the Giants.

ETA: Football is a far behind second. He likes the Broncos there. Other sports he is totally not into.

Okay, so I "started" to clean and got tired again, so I laid back down and fell asleep. I am now up and preparing to take my morning meds. I just need to go get a drink from the fridge to swallow them with. Then to cleaning. Really.

I just use the regular ones that are pink. I figure it's the "drowsy formula" since they make me sleepy too. Bonus: they're really cheap!

Claritin and regular Sudafed both make my heart race, so can't take those.

Well Sudafed does contain an ingredient that can be used to make Meth. So, I can see that. That is why in my state at least it is kept behind the pharmacy counter and you have to show ID and are limited how much you can buy in a month and day.

It makes my heart race too. Claritin doesn't bug me though.

Good point re: Sudafed! Yep, behind the counter here, too, and have to show ID. Might be a national thing (since I'm in a different state).

Well, here I am procrastinating again. Just wrote my brother asking if there were any books he is interested in. Can't fit much/say much on the postcard as it is basically a 4x6 index card...all the jail allows...nothing larger. And one side is the addresses and premetered stamp, so all you have is the other side. Okay, really going to start cleaning now. Really, I am.

Just checked shipping on the book I had sent to my brother. It was delivered to the jail today. Now just however long it takes the jail to process the mail and get it to my brother. Maybe he will get it this afternoon or tomorrow.

ETA: Okay, Squirrel...clean!

I have to go to school today for a disciplinary meeting. One of the students on my caseload is being recommended for expulsion. I feel so bad about this entire situation.

Okay so I went to the interview at Walmart this morning. I got hired and the best part is she told me that they do not drug test for cashier positions. I almost screamed when she said that haha. Anyway so yeah I am now Walmart employee and I'm waiting for them to call to tell me when orientation is

There's a medication called atarax? Someone in the drug company naming department was really thinking.

Yeah but I'm unsure about the spelling. Like I said it's basically diphendydramine

No, I checked - it is spelled like you spelled it, and like the Greek without the -ia.
