I got a call this morning for an interview at Walmart on Thursday morning

They drug tested me then and I had smoked the night before the test and they still hired me. They might have just been desperate idk. We'll see

I downloaded tinder and have already chatted with 2 men

I wish that no one cared. Like, if I show up to work drunk or high, then please fire me. But if you think I'm capable of doing the job, why does something I may have done weeks ago affect that?

My H is still really bothered that I didn't have to drug test for my teaching job.

Wow, here teachers are drug tested and figerprinted. Heck, even custodians are to work in the school system.

I was definitely fingerprinted, but no drug test. Not that I would have failed, but it's the principle of the matter.

Well, I am still on brain break. It is almost lunchtime now and I am hungry, so I shall go warm up leftovers from last night to eat.

Yea, I wouldn't fail a drug test either (unless they cared about psychiatric drugs).

Well, CW emailed, tomorrow's appt canceled, speech attached. And I feel okay about it.

Although maybe I should have changed the file name - I accidentally left in the expletive between her first and second names: C ****in W.

I wasn't drug tested for mine either, though it is a preschool teaching job through a private company. But I agree, unless you show up at work drunk/high,it really shouldn't matter--unless maybe it was like meth or heroin in your bloodstream.

That's good you're standing up for yourself and also protecting yourself from what she might say at a termination appointment. Hope you hear something back from her, at least so she knows why you're leaving (it should be obvious, but she doesn't exactly sound like the brightest bulb...).

Great. WW3 has started at Daisy's house. H is livid because it's somehow my fault that he gave his new employer the wrong bank information for his direct deposit. So who knows where his first paycheck is?

So H is completely shut down, won't talk to me, anything. I guess I'd feel better if he were able to be actually angry versus passive aggressive about it. But instead I'm shut out.

ETA: Our bank was able to transfer the funds to the correct account, all is well, H is still frustrated but relieved. I'm still upset that he yelled at me initially but I'll survive.

I got printed but no drug test... would have failed because of the same situation as jdna...

But actually they couldn't print me either. It's all electronic now and the machine wouldn't accept mine because they are so effed from string instrument playing and they had to do a manual override. I can't use my fingerprints to unlock my phone either. The news stories of companies considering putting fingerprint biometrics on credit cards seriously worry me.

Welp I saw M today but I spent half the time in a ball crying, and the other half of the time in a ball crying while wondering if I should just switch out of it and deal with it in private at home. I stayed in the ball.

He asked if I was playing scary movies in my head. Said we could leave the theatre if I wanted. I never thought about it that way. But I wish he'd said that at the beginning and not the end.

I dont think its a big deal. Yeah payroll will have to do a manual transaction to back it out, but its certainly not a unique occurrence. Inconvenient for you guys though. Hope the pay comes thru quickly!
