Was just at Amazon and came across a title, Emotional Vampires!

Anybody got any book titles they like?

I've posted several on Personality Place. A couple on borderlines, which I have found very, very helpful: "Surviving a Borderline Parent" and "Understanding the Borderline Mother." Also "A General Theory of Love." No book is perfect, but some I find quite outstanding.

I know I mentioned this months ago and Echoes was also reading it at that time, but "When Things Fall Apart" by Pema Chodron is an amazing book.

She is a Buddhist nun whose work is full of psychological bases. I find her style of writing very easy to read and full of comforting suggestions for mediation.

I was reading this book a few months ago, put it down and recently just picked it up again.

I was mostly thinking about the "funny" titles of some books :-) I was reading a bit of the Emotional Vampire at Amazon and it reads like a horror story, claiming we're all being "stalked" by "vampires" :-) Actually, it looks like a good psych book. Someone wrote in their comments they wished they'd read it before they had therapy (it's written by a therapist) because they would have saved themselves a lot of money.
