I think I am going through one of those transistion things again. Ive realised I've spent so much time trying to understand myself and my therapy and my past and waiting for that big change to happen that I am missing out on it.

I think life is to be lived and not thought about, and as oppertunitys meet us then and only then are we aware of how and where the change in us has happened.

I had a situation happen this week and was so amazed at how I handled it, and joy I got from seeing me in action far outweights the reading and posting and analysing I've been doing.

Reminds me of something I once heard about a fish swimming round and round in circles in the sea crying, "someone help me, wheres the water?"

Good post. I am definitely feeling, at least at this moment in time, like I am focusing too much on little insignificant details and questions that simply can't be answered. I feel like I am missing the big picture.

I tend to flip from one extreme to the other. Being totally disconnected/unaware to being too focused an too aware. I need to find a balance between the two.

Your post reminded me that you can't see the motion of the boat unless you look behind and see the wake stretching out behind you. That made me think of the photo I took of my husband and his "angel" wings :-)

Action V reflection.
