Ex-T is in her early 70s, and I really want to know what her skincare secret is (unless she had work done or something...) She tends to dress very stylishly and always wears heels. Though it's hard for me to say where she'd fall on "attractiveness."

I feel kind of stupid now for calling t yesterday. The Dr yesterday just really scared me and I kinda lost it. Kinda nothing, I lost it. The CDC doc relieved my mind so much today.

I gotta say, having h in the hospital has been quite conducive to my working on eating less. I got on the scale this morning for the first time in awhile and I have lost 10.5 lbs since I started eating healthier and walking 3 weeks ago. I have not seen this weight in soooo long I was amazed. Oh I've also been parking on the top level of the parking garage and taking the steps both down and up each day. (3rd level). Just thought I'd report in about that, too.

That was an impressive epic multiquote! Being in a hospital for a long time is a nightmare scenario for me, too...The 4 nights I was in there when I had D were awful (my only hospital stay, thankfully--C-section, so was allowed 4 nights). I know this isn't the same thing, since it would have been for mental not physical health issues: but when my ex-T suggested to me, "Would a hospital stay be so bad?" when I was struggling a year ago, my response was, "YES! Do you not know me at all???"

She had previous bouts of cancer that were a few years apart and then it was found to have metastasized to other areas - that was the 4 year part - the long time in the hospital was for surgeries on several areas at once. And for that 4 year period - it was constant treatments - like whack a mole.

i think i've talked to my mom more this week than i have in the past year...
