Jungian depth therapy primarily but she throws in a mix of other stuff as appropriate. Funny how when I was taking Psych 101 we learned about different kinds of therapy and I told her "I recognize this, and this, and this that you do..." and she said "Well, those are just the ones that you responded to." I was like, oh.

Gestalt therapy, I like it because it’s very relational. I have tried psychodynamic and I really liked that too. I also tried CBT and hated it

Humanistic. Think Carl Rogers. It works incredibly well for me.

Ummm... we talk. She's never actually told me what she does. But, I'm pretty sure she does a mix of a lot of models.
