I am struggling with a secret that I have kept for the better part of my life; I'm 58. I've been "talking around it" in t. My T said I don't NEED to talk about it if I don't want to, but I think that the fact that I am thinking about it so much (and being embarrassed and somewhat ashamed of it) means I need to talk to T about it. Sigh.
