You don't need to give a reason. It is your right as a client, period. None of their business why you should want them.

My last reply was only about US law as I was replying to a question about the US. Not sure if that wasn't obvious but the information in my post isn't meant to be applied globally.

I used a template for a letter from a mental health charity to request my medical notes. I got all the notes that every nurse or doctor wrote and I keep them in a safe in my wardrobe.
The only thing that boiled my onion was when I took an overdose at 21. I was going in and out of consciousness and experienced akithisia in whole body like my spine was being twisted. And someone sat and questions me while I was in pain. They wrote in my notes it was manifestations of a mental health disorder. That was so far off the mark the dart didnt even hit the rubber tyre. Fred smashed a newspaper article in front of me on glass table a few days after we argued and said that I was like fictional character kirsty in coronation street who abused Tyrone. It was him who was manipulative, possessive and controlling. I even helped him get new friends when he got so sick of his old posse trying to get him to cheat on me. We changed pubs we went to. Emmure hey baby magnum is just using you |
