I talked with T on the phone. She said "you are the boss of you". I have to do what I think is best for me. Try medication, go off gabapentin, get x-ray. I have to listen to what I think.

She also told me I get amped up and hyper, and my whole body tightens, and that makes everything worse. She wants me to read my DBT book again.

I said my child part wants her to be Mommy and kiss me and make it better. Sigh. She doesn't want to "go there" anymore. She told me I can be there for my child part, and I have a lot of people who support me in my life. She told me it would help if I connected with someone and got out of the house into the air.

So I did, and felt better! T is right. I ought to listen to her more often.

I’m glad you found something that helped, rainbow.

Are you still singing? When I read your posts, I sometimes think of the time you sang for your t.

Funny you should ask. I stopped my lessons about 2 months ago because of not feeling well. I haven't sung at home either but I sang for a friend the other day and I felt good! I have to sing more at home because it's relaxing.

Make sure there is a support for the support. She'll be a adult part, for the child this what you usually do when there is influence from someone else. I'd don't think go it along is what I would suggest but in case there is lots of investigating to go. Find who else had relationship with the therapist just like I still work at the job. That is the best way to ween when you have parts
Thanks for this!
