I exchanged a few messages with the boy from yesterday, but I didn't feel like I could trust him again. If there's no trust there's not much for basis for anything.

I woke up feeling really sick this morning.

Glad Info is ok, @@. I don't think you were being irrational at all. One of the therapists at my old job was brutally murdered just last year. They aren't immune, unfortunately.

Nausea. it is definitely hormone related absent period but I have the abdominal cramps.

I ended with T maybe 20 mins ago. He's going to be away from the 1st-27th of august. I was expecting 10 days at the most. He said that a lot of his other clients tended to go away in august too which ended up being nitty. I asked what he would do that would be different from his other holidays and what he would propose. He said that usually that he just went and that was that, but I was " special". I said I couldn't be the only one though. He said I was a special case and that we would see.

I said that I wanted email contact but he didn't give a definitive answer. I think I will ask him to write me a letter like Echos T did.

I'm honestly grateful I have you guys.I just feel very needy right, so my posts may become more delusional as time draws on.

My sleep was strange last night. Its like I was sleeping, but aware I was sleeping but not really sleeping. I know that doesn't make much sense. I can’t describe it. I think it was like a half-asleep type of thing. But I’m not exhausted so I must of got some rest. Okay enough of my blabbling. Anyway, I need to go dust the furniture then take a shower then my sister is dropping her 2 month old off to me so she can go do stuff. Then after that I don’t know what. I think a walk outside in the sun would be beneficial. Okay, onward.

morning couch. ugh, i think i have a sinus infection or something. i've been a little congested the past few days but thought just a cold, whatev. yesterday one side of my face started hurting, by last night it was the whole left side of my face down through my neck and i was running a temp. i went to bed early. this morning my entire face hurts, is tender to the touch,and my nose and cheeks look a little swollen and now both sides of my neck are tender to touch. meh. no fever though. weird. i wonder if this will go away on its own.

but the good news is I shall focus on that today instead of my stupid face!

Art, does your insurance plan include a consulting nurse you can call? Your swelling does not sound good.

There is insurance out there that pays for a call with a nurse? I wish I had that.

The university health center I used to go to and my gynecologist's office both have nurses you can talk to on the phone for free (like, "Do I need to come in or not?" questions). I think a lot of health insurance carriers are starting programs where you can see a doctor or nurse practitioner via video chat instead of going to the office, although I like my usual primary care doctor enough to not be interested in that. Maybe as an alternative to a walk-in clinic, though...
