I thought I was going to get through the summer without another therapist vacation since my T was gone for 11 days in the beginning of May, but no dice. Ten days to two weeks in August. She said she might be able to do phone sessions depending on licensing stuff, but argh. Stop going out of town!

Scarlet, did your doctor tell you to take any ibuprofen ahead of time? I was instructed to take three of them like a half hour before. I didn't find the procedure very painful at all, and it's nice to get the results in real time. Hoping it goes well for you!

I found another place I'm looking at today, it's half way between T and my mom's so it's good for me distance wise and they allow pets in general so no need to even try to pursued them with a note. I hope it pans out, I don't wanna have to move back in with my mom

My current charge (the dog I am dog-sitting now) is so cute! She is a little mini-schnauzer. Her little body is nice and warm beside me. Just perfect. If only my anxiety would go down a notch. I feel like my grief over my dog's death is manifesting as intense anxiousness or something. Might also still be the abilify... just feel aggravated.

Ugh! That was super uncomfortable and slightly painful. But good news is my tubes are open!

I was covering a shift as a hotel security guard last weekend. At 3:30 in the morning I had to knock on a door and tell the two drunken "gentlemen" in the room to stop screaming at each other about Joe Biden as it was disturbing the other guests. I have to write a narrative report on any guest contact I make so I wrote that they were screaming at each other about Joe Biden and then inserted an interrobang. My boss mentioned that was the most emotion I ever put in a report. I try to just stick to unemotional facts but this was so strange.
