Usually I turn to my brother when I’m feeling bad and he always makes me laugh. I think I’m also frustrated with everything too because I thought getting my antidepressant straightened out would help me feel better but I still have so much to work through. I think my other ADHD medication caused me to focus on my problems too much which is both a good thing and bad thing.

I have an excellent psychiatrist now. I called their office earlier to move my appointment with him up.
Thanks for this!

My big problem right now is that I can’t find a strong purpose with my life. I actually don’t even know what I want right now. How do you move forward when you are stuck in that trap?
Thanks for this!

You do your best to get through it like the rest of us. That's why other resources are good. Journaling is very good for releasing feelings. Crisis lines are free and there if you need to talk

Volunteer is good but if its where your t is that might not be ethical. Job anxiety i get but you can do it. Work will give you something to do.

Also snuggle and walk your new pup. How is she
Thanks for this!

It’s at a different mental health clinic where I’ve never been a patient.

I haven’t gotten the puppy yet. I couldn’t get a ride last time and she couldn’t hold the puppy any longer.

Good news. I called Ts office and I’m on the waiting list for next week and have another appointment on June 11.

Thanks for checking in!

I am doing okay today.

T emailed me yesterday and said that he was going to try to get me in this week.
I was surprised when I saw that he emailed me back.

Today has been good. I took my brother and sister for coffee this morning and when we got home, we ordered a pizza. So it’s been a day of good food.
