went to see a psychiatrist today.....just told me what I've already heard. They'll call me for an assessment in due course, my meds stay the same, then I'll be on an nhs waitng list for 2 years....I'm quite happy with my pdoc, just really wanted an assessment, also I may get disability living allowance which will help us financially til I feel well enough to go back to work.

I asked if I could have my meds changed and she said something to think about in the future.....

pfft 30 mile trip for nothing really.

was ther all of 20 mins.....thank god for my psychotherapist bless her heart, where would I be without her if I waited for the other *** holes to get their acts together????

Jin xx waste of time....
