T called today and said that she has been thinking about me this past couple of weeks and she figured out how she "drove me away." And she asked if I would be willing to come in to listen to what she has to say. She said she felt terrible, has made a terrible mistake and would like to work to repair. I told her that I'd be willing to come in to have a conversation with her, but that it was not to be a "therapy" session. I told her I would hear her out.

I feel like I'm doing the fair thing. Do you all agree? Or do you think I'm making a mistake? BTW, thanks for all your wonderful support and kind words.
Thanks,
Okie

I think you're doing a good and fair thing (although especially as she's a therapist, you don't really owe her that? idk, life confuses me Done with therapy. Totally done. )

Done with therapy. Totally done.

DBT = Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Sounds like communist theory, eh? I suspect someone can explain it better than I.

I think you're doing the right thing by meeting with her and giving her the opportunity to speak with you about her actions. Perhaps she can even mend the relationship and get things back on track. It never hurts to listen ...
