Its "the deal". In order to get a SECOND opinion, you have to have a primary one, right?

I would think you personally would like that we are trying to run the world on a mathematical basis

That was kind of you to offer to pay. It would be nice if you didn't have to though.

Sigh. I guess I have to pay her for this.
I hope she doesn't bill, I don't think she should for an occasional honest mistake.

Right thing to do, I guess—except it feels kind of crappy.

Oh well, she does email and she doesn’t charge for it, after all. But she’d better be really on the ball on Friday.

Five more minutes of this shitshow of a day, and then it's a new one. I hate feeling so much and not having any words to explain it.

Speaking of dreams. My T was telling me today that if I allow myself to be more open emotionally, I will remember my dreams more often, and that will have a window into my unconscious.

I actually would like to remember more dreams...anybody have any tips on how to?
Thanks for this!

Gaia is also the Greek goddess of the earth—are you sure your dream didn’t mean her? Very woman-centered.

I've always had vivid dreams but had to work at remembering them consistently. Shortly after starting therapy with current t I started by writing down my intention to remember my dreams every night before I went to sleep and keeping a notebook and pen by my bed. It happened gradually to where now sometimes I write a dream down in my sleep and have no recollection the next morning of writing it when i'm reading it haha. I don't write the intention that "I will remember my dream" anymore now I just sometimes write a question or a statement of what I want to dream about. sometimes my dreams speak to it most times they don't. but i keep trying. it just takes practice i guess.
Thanks for this!

When I'm in a dream, i always try to read the titles of the books on the bookcase. They seldom make sense, though.

It's a magic square made of prime numbers.

We could all use a little magic, I think.

I don’t alwats remember my dreams. I wake up knowing I dreamt, but don’t slways remember them. The last dream I remember was one that I was back in high school but the school was in a shopping mall. The dream before that-that I recall was one about the Scientology Cult trying to recruit me. (I think I read something about Scientology prior to falling asleep that night.)
