Why? She knows my mom was emotionally and verbally abusive. As far as my dad I don't have alot of memories of him.

You only bring them out as body memories in my understanding.

And have you worked on the effects the emotional and verbal abuse of your mother left on you? Also, have you worked on these little memories you have about your dad?

No not really my therapist is more focused on finding where my sexual thoughts come from. Not much. My whole childhood is a blur. She knows that though.

My guess is that unless you start working on the full experience of your childhood as a whole, all searches for the origins of your sexual thoughts are in vain. You cannot isolate one aspect and try to understand only that by ignoring the rest.
