Being triggered by anything and everything, I ended up watching this health documentary: What the Health

It made me not want to eat meat ever again because of the scenes with the animals. The thought of all that suffering... And disgusting.

I never knew meat was associated with diabetes. I thought I was up on the latest health research but apparently am not. I think it's better to get vegan or vegetarian regardless of what the documentary said.

Seafood as a source of meat would be fine with me, but apparently that is full of mercury and toxins.

I've been vegetarian for most of my life, if you or anyone here ever has questions on it, feel free to message me. Happy to help. I'll have to check out that program.

OMG! I cant stand this new series of Doctor Who. 3 episodes of not much happening. I want adventure mainly with a bit of history for context. Not this emotional stuff. Wtf.

My t was a bit weird today i think i was the first client after his holidays. Any way i left my blanket in the car which is still at the mechanic so this morning i just grabbed the blanket that my dog sleeps on off the end of the bed. I was explaining why i had a new blanket and he said something about being honoured that the dog was in the room. Wtf i dont know whether he was taking the piss or not.

Im going out for a dentist appointment this afternoon, with my young Fred MacMurray.

Purchasing at work today. Why can it never be anything easy? It's always something that is ridiculous to figure out or to get. I call the vendor and ask, "do you have this?" The vendor says, "No but I have this". Me: "Is that similar?" Vendor: "I don't really know." Me: "Okay, how many degrees does your product protect against?" Vendor: "I don't really know, I'd have to look into it." Me: "Okay, can you email me when you figure it out?" (Although I think I said it nicer.) Vendor: "Yeah, sure" Me: "Do you have my email?" Vendor: "Um, I don't know. Could you give it to me again?" Me: "Sure." ARGH! Kit.

I’m off work today and feel rather lazy. I only walked 1 mile today for my power walk and since then I’ve just been sitting. I just went and doused my bathtub and shower in bleach so after it sits-I have no choice but to get up and clean it. I should probably find other ways to motivate myself on a lazy day than douse my bathroom in bleach, but hey it worked!
