I struggle to understand the meaning and context of a lot of your postings.

Can you think of a professional who hasn't behaved like judge and jury? If you can, maybe they (or someone else in a similar role) are someone you could approach for help now. It sounds like you are struggling and no one's needs are so complex that they are beyond support.
