Hello from psychosis roll call..

I see my therapist tomorrow. I have no idea what I'm going to say. I'll be using the words "I don't know" a lot as self reflection I bet to avoid talking about trauma but mostly my mind is just blank and I'm unmotivated and have no energy. I'm just so tired.

I'm not my thoughts. I'm much greater than that. I don't rely on my situational in the moment thoughts to do anything.

My anxiety is better which is good so I dont think I need coping mechanisms on that much anymore which is why I started therapy.

The lack of desire to think or do anything is killing me though. Just imagine you being put on a bunch of seroquel 24/7 then try to talk to your therapist.

Everything makes no sense to me and I have no access to the keys I need in life to prepare myself and advance further. I need help to function normally.

My life is boring

Good session today. It felt like that moment when you fart, and a little of the pain goes away. You know you still need to poop, but you can wait to go home for that. But just releasing a tiny little fart seems to help immensely.

I don't think my T will be impressed with my analogy.

.
Thanks for this!

Eta - im drinking cold & flu tea. This could be an omen. Im feeling achy. My shoulders hurt.

In better news, i followed a weight watchers recipe for making oatmeal today, where you use half the oats and twice the water and cook it on the stove longer and you get a bigger looking volume, anyway. I dont really like fool you recipes like this, i dont think they fool me!, but it worked okay i thought.
I hope you feel better soon Una. Do you get your flu shot every year?? OR maybe it's time to let Ryan out of the cellar for a bit...

That would never would for me. I never cook oats in water!

And today I had to do a while bunch of stuff to keep my medical license safe because we have to report to the board whenever we take a leave of absence for psych crap and it's a bunch of bullshirt and it's humiliating and I hate every bit of it.

My friends don't like me and I have a terrible relationship with my parents and my job is unfair and everything sucks.
It's nice of you to go two hours out of your way and agree to drop her off, but maybe try to emphasis that it would change the dynamic. She's your mother's friend not yours.

I'm going to have to register soon, and I'm kinda worried about the whole disclosure thing too but because you're ill doesn't mean your medically incompetent. The shrink I saw told me that the consultant he worked with had bipolar and it didn't hold him back. When he was very ill he took time off to recover.

I hope you can still enjoy your break. Are you sharing a cabin with bail out girl and splitting the costs with her? Would it be possible to still go on your own ?

I don't feel like I have friends either and I hear you on the parent stuff.

I think I would start with the things you have posted here and take it from there. It's okay to say you don't know.

Thought I'd drop by and say Hi. I think about you folks warmly quite a bit.

I thought I'd go on a abrupt break from PC instead of clashing heads with certain people I have negative chemistry with.

Can somebody make the world go away, just for today?

I might just post on the Couch and Dear T threads, but I don't want to go back into feeling angry and off-key for dayyyyysss due to bad interpersonal chemistry.

A song for you, by the lurvely James Bay.

"Sirens and smoke remind us, that maybe the world won't find us."

I felt the same pretty much the same yesterday. I tried to shut it out instead- I'd recommend a movie and a blanket fort in bed date. We can also talk if you want. I'm on a 20 min break then have to get back to my other lover (Props of surgery).

Bought some new plants, decided to repot one. Ripped out some leaves because it was stuck in its old pot. Spent fifteen minutes apologizing to the plant and hoping it won't die. Pretty sure most people wouldn't do that, but I hope the plan at least survives... not very experienced with plants XD

Perfectly normal!

My two plants have names (Meredith and Lilly), I talk to them when I water them.

I really like the reindeer and snowman decorations.

I'd love to have a tree, there won't be any when I go back. I found these though online- so cute. Tiny Christmas trees that are posted through the letter box and can be replanted afterwards.
