I love the music in here. I might have to start dancing. Ha! If I have a 3rd I might!! Heck why not it's not like I have to drive, the restaurant is in the hotel I'm at. This place is great just as good as the super expensive resorts and a third of the price. I'm so glad I did this. What a great way to unwind from all that overtime!!!

Of course, we're only like halfway thru said overtime. But I will be rejuvenated when I go back to work on Wednesday!

I’m laying in bed (slightly after 9pm here) with this nasty cold in hopes I’ll wake up feeling relief tomorrow morning so when I show up at work-I don’t get the boot again tomorrow. I really can’t miss days. I need the money. Oh and H is on a kick with wanting to adopt a dog. I don t think it’s wise. We tried adopting a beautiful Shepherd back in March but had to return him to his foster home only after 5 days because he was too rough on my senior rat terrier. This weekend he went to the shelter and looked at 2 different puppies that were 5 months old and thinks one of those would be a better fit. I think we should wait and let my dog finish out her golden years without interruption-she doesn’t have long. Plus I told H that if he has $350.00 to put out for an adoption fee-then he has money to take care of some things around the home. I disagree with adoption of a dog at this time and I’m putting my foot down.
I should probably go to bed as the sleep meds are kicking in.

Also, now seeing my T tomorrow afternoon instead of Wednesday morning. Ex-MC rupture anniversary stuff. T's (brief and free) email reply to my distress about it was very validating and supportive. And in there he offered to switch session to a day earlier.

Nothing in response from ex-MC, which is likely for the better? Though I imagine he'll say something, based on the couple other emails I've sent him since termination.

Me too! Today i watched Admiral Was a Lady Yesterday was Kansas City Confidential. Its surprising, i was aware of the titles of these movies, but i dont really remember them. I probably watched them on tv in the late 50's and the 60's. It seems like i watched a lot of movies at 9am and 1 pm - maybe during school breaks? Then for kindergarten, 1st grade, and 2nd grade, i was out sick for a month each - maybe thats when i became a fangirl.

Eta - i have my gp tomorrow. I got my haircut today. I should get to bed earlyish tonite.

Oh artie i think i know how you feel about your son. My eldest has just announced that she is moving out of the uni residence and into a place by herself. I feel really panicked. I know she is very resourceful but she also a 6 hour flight away and what if.... Stupid brain. I feel all sorts of panic today. What if the damage to the car is more than the agreed value its not my car what if they wont agree to the claim argh i wish my brain would just stop
