T told me to email her this week after I'd requested info about a grad program (she wanted to make sure I followed through lol). So i just emailed her what I found out yesterday about getting my cumulative undergrad GPA up to 3.0 before I apply. I wonder if she'll respond or not or even remember telling me to email her. Hmm. Time will tell.

Anytime my h's cherry tomatos got all wrinkly I would blanch them and then add to my lentils. Yum.

It will be hard but perhaps change your routine? Don't turn on the TV at all or just the news channels, no newspapers either. I have this program on my laptop called coldturkey which basically will block set websites for a period of time.

I haven't tried either but perhaps try both and see which one suits you better?

Una it's honestly posssible.The hardest thing is thinking of it as a whole set which can get intimidating. Break it down into small bites (see what I did there ) and aim for 1 pound or even half a pound a week.All progress is progress! No point in being soooo strict if your can't stick to it for more than 3 days.

I'm sorry the past few days have been so rough for you LT.

I really don't know what it is exactly but I've been this way for the past two days and it's like magic. Apart from when I'm acting out and being loopy. I've noticed that I'm actually having more up days.

I feel awesome sauce and someone else also commented on it today. I'm just purely happy- it's like I don't have the heaviness of my depression. I'm happy and grateful to be alive. I feel like everything is really going to be okay and I never thought I'd ever think that.

It's like I have the song love is the air playing in my head. I want to tell everyone that I love them and how much they mean to me.
