My T has really messed up tonight. We probably shouldn't have had a conversation over email but rule number one of being Echos's T is don't insinuate that you find transference feelings scary, and rule number 2 is don't argue with my feelings when I tell you what they are. He managed to p1ss all over those rules tonight.

I’m now trying to work out the official term for penguin phobia.

The modern Greek for penguin is just transliterated, so I’m going with aptenodutephobia, fear of flightless birds. Although there are many other possibilities.

I might go watch the final of the apprentice in a bit, on catch up telly.

More for comedy value than anything else, been laughing at that bunch every episode.

I found this: Sphenisciphobia (3.5e Flaw) - D&D Wiki

Not even going to try and spell that word

I currently have no interest in Madame T. Who needs her.

She's sick. But it's been 3 weeks since I last saw her And not only am I struggling so much, but I'm not secure with T right now. I really needed to see her today. She rescheduled for Thursday, but I'm so upset that I'm thinking of cancelling.

Hugs, Scarlet...I understand your being upset, but I think you should still see her Thursday (assuming she's well enough). With the holidays, support is good. Is she willing to talk on the phone today maybe?
Thanks for this!

Are you on tapatalk or in browser? In browser you can click on "manage attachments" and attach it that way from your gallery. Not sure about tapatalk.

My T emailed and apologised and said he "very much hopes" he will see me on Wednesday (after I said I might not be there). I cried harder at that than at his ****** email. Sigh.

Aw, so cute, Jersey! Love the floppy ears--the dog we had for 2 days had them (we had to return her to the foster because she freaked D out too much--he found another family).

Thanks. I think he’s kinda cute too. I think he’s Shepherd/lab mix.

Probably not on the phone. If she would just be reassuring, it would help. But she said she doesn't know what would help. Maybe I'll reply to her text to try to get reassurance. Idk. I'm mad at her. We were supposed to talk about my H, what's going to happen with her when I can't afford her, and my depression. None are light topics. But it's been 3 weeks already!

The one we had was shepherd/lab/something else that's shorter.

Damn it, the floppy ear thing made me think of something with ex-MC (pre-rupture). We got the dog around the time I started seeing current T. I'd talked about the dog's floppy ears. And when I was talking about then-new T to ex-MC, he was like, "Do his ears flop up and down, too?" I said I hadn't noticed, would pay attention next session. (At the time, that made me wonder if he was jealous.)
