Thanks. I've just gotten it so not much yet. I have one picture but I can probably add more. It's cool you have gotten decent business on there

Also, DP, does your business have a website? I've been thinking of setting one up for myself. Seems like people who go to agencies are willing to pay more than people on Rover, plus there wouldn't be the fee taken out. I know the agency I work for charges $20/walk, which is a lot! I only get $7.75 of that. They charge more for a walk than I do for 24 hours of boarding. Anyway, a website might be a good idea if you don't have one. That way, when people in your area search for dog training, they will know about you. Also, might be good to register as a business with Google Maps. Lots of times people search for businesses there.

Right now just a Facebook page. I kinda put my business on hold during my grief. I could not get my mind to a place to do all the dog stuff but I've reopened the page.

My session with R was very mushy. I quoted Neruda and told him that he had made a difference to me and that I felt like I could trust him. I cried a lot though and he admitted that with our last rupture thing, I had pushed him to his limit (xD) and he thought that we were done. aaaaaaaaaaaaaand he said didn't think I was hysterical.
>>I need to register for phrama it opens in half an hour. 15 spots for the date that I want (29th)

I haven't seen Outlander or the Tudors. I didn't see Downton Abbey when it was first on but PBS has been replaying it so I've been watching it. Up to season 5 I think. It's delightfully fun! Kit

I love that my T has a fairly open schedule much of the time. Seeing him in an hour.

I love the Outlander books. Haven't seen much of the tv series. I don't think they bog down. I also like the Lord John books by the same author (Diana Gabaldon).
Just be warned,

I enjoyed all of Barbara Tuchman's history books.
My favorite book about the crusades is Dungeons Fire and Sword by John Robinson. Video-wise - have you watched any of the very short youtube videos by English Heritage - Mrs. Crocombe -a re-enacted victorian housekeeper/ cook? I have tried some of her recipes. or the Tudor Monastery Farm Series or Medieval Lives (or anything else) by Terry Jones (sadly dementia struck him). There are also some great Tudor podcasts I am a big Merchant Ivory fan, but I never got into Downton Abbey. Except for the Maggie Smith character, they all annoyed me -but she is, of course, just great all around. So I would probably listen to her read cereal boxes and enjoy it.

I can hear Dame Maggie now:
*imagine Maggie Smith voice* “Silly rabbit. Trix are for kids!” ETA: I can’t watch any period piece when I know the background history. I had to stop watching a Civil War series because the year was 1860 and a guy paid a bartender with a nickel, but I knew nickels weren’t minted till after the war. I’m picky. ![]() |

She also has a series about a gay officer (The Lord John Grey series) that I liked a lot better than the outlander series (I really could not tolerate the outlander stuff)

I also HIGHLY recommend the audiobook versions read by Davina Porter. This is how I "read" the books, and she does a fantastic job. I can't think of another audiobook narrator with her range of voices - and I have hundreds of audiobooks.
