Yep, emailed one but she never replied. There's also 2 at T's old company but it still doesn't make me want anything beyond 4 sessions. I refuse long term therapy.

It will be enough to work through my loss, to get enough of it out to someone to go on, which is all I need/want. I'm not working on my entire issues, just the loss of T.

There's tons of T's out there, I can find another for another 4 sessions someday if needed. I am not interested in a therapeutic relationship at all. It's just like my normal doctors, I never see the same one. I just see whoever is open. I need that same kind of distance with T's. They are just gonna help temporarily. I've learned my lesson.

Long term therapy may be helpful for some but it's not for me.

I don't know if your problem is EMDR material... may be a bit too fresh for that and far from a processed/buried memory. Of course I am no expert.

I hope the session goes well and will be useful. I can easily imagine just going to a place with a mostly strange human sitting there and venting might be helpful with this type of frustration and pain. I would not start digging into it more either, that might very well just make it more ingrained.
