Thanks, yes online is easier for me without seeing/knowing someone. However I do tend to upset people way more, which makes me feel bad but I can't just change my feelings to please everyone. So they can take it or leave it

Breakthrough as in the therapist has some super special wisdom that I didn't have myself and thanks to them I realized something major? LOL nope. Never. Most of what I got in therapy were either embarassing platitudes or assumptions about me that were completely off base. Self-awareness is good but it's definitely not something you learn in therapy, you're either self-aware or you're not.
