went really well...my t is pleased I stood up to my mum on the phone and thinks I am making good progress....She is also pleased I am at last putting down boundaries with my family and learning to not feel so guilty about everything and anything....

So, a positive day!!!!

What a good T. you have. and what great work you are doing.

that "not feeling guilty" is quite a battle- isn't it? I struggle with that so much. Good for you in making progress!

You are going to do great . I can feel it all the way over here. I went thru the same thing last year after my beloved T of 4yrs. dropped off the face of the earth and DESERTED all his patients overnight. It was the hardest thing I ever did....seeing a new one. BUT, it has turned out to be a wonderful thing. New is scary, but it can be exciting too!! todays session
