Happy Saturday couch, and happy birthday Jersey!

My daughter is making chocolate dipped strawberries, and oreos, and cashews, and anything else that might taste better dipped. As long as my guests tomorrow eat the majority of the goodies I'm cool. But I'm hella exercising my willpower right now.

Back home from the library, 2 miles down. Ate lunch and started working on the homework online. Now a walking to Wal-Mart which is a mile from me in the other direction, to buy some yarn. Toodles til i get back!

I shouldn't have reread my T's email from this morning just now, because we're (me, H, and D) about to go out to dinner and now I'm crying (good tears, not sad tears like yesterday). My T is very good at putting both caring/supportive and more practical content in an email, which is how this one is. And throwing in a final "I believe you can do it" (figuring out a better response to stress).

Am back from WalMart. Apparently it is a little farther than a mile especially if you count wandering around in the store. No pink yarn, but I did buy a $3 pair of earrings. Score!

And, I'm at 4.75 miles for the day.

i think it's also pretty cool how one of newton's laws appears to apply to exercise too, the one that says a body in motion stays in motion or whatever. sitting too long is starting to really get on my nerves.

eta: perhaps i am also trying to walk a certain t right outta my head. perhaps.
