There is no such thing as chocolate hummus. Hummus is chickpeas, oil, lemon juice, tahini and garlic. Anything else is flavored goo or dip. It may be tasty but it is not hummus.

Our trip is going pretty well so far. I made it through Phoenix traffic with less anxiety than usual because i brought crocheting along - it was a big help. We just stopped for lunch.

Hi Susannah,

I have a ton of skin issues, but that kinda looks like poison ivy to me.

Is that a possibility?

I had something like that on my neck, went and hauled *** to my dermatologist, and in my case it was poison ivy.

Day 1/11 of therapist's vacation. I really want to read his letter already. I was hoping to wait at least a day. We're going to talk on Saturday, which is the anniversary of the fire.

Any chance you’re allergic to Benadryl?

Even if not it’s not a cure all for allergies. New soap, new laundry detergent, new cleaning product?

Stopped in Sedona long enough to hike up to the summit of Airport vortex. My anxiety began evaporating when we got here, so much so I could fall asleep! I love Sedona. Onward now a little farther north to our destination....

Hugs to those who need/want.

I decided to email former T. I really hope she responds back. She hasn't responded to me since April. I wish current T would email sometimes. It's probably easier that she doesn't, then I don't have to go through this agony of waiting for an email from her but it's so long between sessions that sometimes I have stuff to talk about, or I would just like the support. I swear the middle aged woman cloak of invisibility I acquired when I turned 40 now extends to my car—nearly had some idiot make a left turn into me on my way to the gym.

I'm not 40 yet but I had that happen to me last year. Cost over $5500 in damage to my car. Luckily, the insurance companies found the other guy at fault so I didn't have to pay and I got my deductible back but I was without my car for about three weeks. It sucked. Glad you are okay!!! HUGS Kit

My new internet provider is fantastic with speed and there is never any disruptions but they don't have the capacity to charge your credit card for billing and they are a bit slack with sending invoices so I have to log in every time to pay. I think this is a bit backward in this day and age. I am so accustomed to everything happening automatically.

So I asked my therapist for movie recommendations for while he was gone and explained that watching movies he liked made me feel more connected. It was embarrassing to admit that but he seemed to really like the idea a lot and gave me a list of movies he'd enjoyed recently. We talked about his upcoming vacation and how I can't seem to keep the connection and feel forgotten after too many days without contact. He said he doesn't forget me at all and thinks about me every day. He just sent me an unexpected email with another movie recommendation. I feel so thought-of right now.

Susannah, doesn't look like staph or shingles. I agree with someone mentioning fungal or possible allergic reaction. Enter at your own risk (some graphic stuff), but this site is a great source for skin issues.
