I finally get to see T Monday, almost there. I have been excited this whole time because one of the pictures he showed me last session really stirred things up (in an OK way). Now I am getting scared and having all kinds of attachment stuff come up.
H and I have a meeting the 25th about getting my son placed somewhere. If the meeting goes well I may also have an opportunity to move up in my job.

I think everything has a time and a place. I've been with R for 2.7 years now- no way could I have mentioned this at the start. You'll get there when you get there.

I'm actually looking forward to buying my own place and using all of this for inspiration.

My therapist said since he is just starting out, he is not licensed in my province yet and said that anytime I need, I can just call him up and it will be like friend to friend, he's not going to charge me. But he made me promise that I will have to go out and seek a mental health support team in my area because he thinks that I will not be able to cope if I do not receive acceptance to law school this fall. I'm hesitant about going back to therapy but he said he will try to help and I can still find another residency student like he was so I can get long-term therapy for free, covered by the government.

It's okay to be scared, attachment stuff can be scary. I hope you can bring all of this up with him.

This morning we are headed to the south rim/ grand canyon. Pics to come...

Sounds like you are having a great time @ArtieSwimsOn I wanted to go to the Grand Canyon last year over Thanksgiving--or was it the year before that? IDK but anyway, my Mom vetoed it. I haven't been to the Grand Canyon since I was like 11 years old. It's just one state over, you think I could make it there. I even have relatives in Winslow and Flagstaff. Not that I would necessarily stay with them, but I could visit them.

The guy who used to bring Donuts to work on Fridays didn't get picked up by the new company. So today I brought in donuts for DONUT FRIDAY! Of course, I forgot my Iced-Tea at home and had to have my Dad come and bring it to me (I live literally 1.5 miles away from work--best commute ever!!!) because I was so focused on getting the donuts. And I'm wearing my free tee shirt today. Way to make Friday fun! I spent the morning doing some benefits adjustments for employees. Yay, yay. I'm hoping for a quick, quiet Friday at work.

My former T didn't email me last night. I know she has no reason whatsoever to do so anymore. But I did ask in my email to her and so I was hoping that she would. Still 11 days and 8 hours until I see current T. Sigh.

I've been thinking about an incident a lot with former T where I was scared. I'm thinking about writing it out here on PC. IDK. I'm trying to decide if I think it would be helpful.
