Oh una I bought a hairbrush and brushed my hair upside down last night. It makes it very, bouncy, is maybe the word? Why have I never known about this before.

Oh i know. Because I never cared is why. Thought I was too ugly and unworthy to bother with things like my appearance.

I assumed it was unintentional. I am more peeved that it is not something that can be turned off. And there is a poster who does it intentionally.

The beauty of it is classes haven't even started yet. Two more weeks.

All this talk of college classes makes me miss uni a little bit. Not enough to go back and get my PhD or a second master's but does make me miss it a little bit. My sister is getting her PhD this December, I think that is when she finishes. While I am so proud of her, I have little desire to compete with her and get my PhD. I can die happy with my masters. My Uni professor friend is always pushing me to go back and get my PhD. "Then you can teach like me," she says. Yeah, no.

The air conditioning is on at work and it is making me cold, despite wearing long pants and a cardigan. So I put my space heater on and it feels so good. I wish I could sit under my desk and have my whole body heated by the space heater, but that would probably be frowned upon.

Today is Friday.

Just got pulled into a meeting - our whole team is apparently in big trouble and that's why this big change is happening. Oh hell.

Are you sorry for deleting it or writing it?
I am asking this because a default seems to be to do something, then delete it, then announce you are deleting it and insult yourself, then apologize. Which is fine but seems to be what you do with your spouse when you all are having interactions and it doesn't seem to make you happy. (I could be quite wrong).
If tapatalk doesn't let you just delete, you could simply change the info in the post to something else rather than putting yourself down and apologizing.

I know but I realize you're right that I do do that a lot and I need to be nicer to myself.

Thanks. So it ended up him saying he's not going to point any fingers at individual specialists but going forward these are the changes. I guess now we know why our sr. sup is so suddenly going to another dept. Ugh.

I don't think they should be yelling at their employees. That would make me very uncomfortable. You're all adults. You tell adults what needs to change in a respectful manner. If they don't do what they're supposed to do after that, you fire them. You don't yell at them.

What was the team supposedly doing or not doing?

I'm bored. I still have an hour and a half (approx) left of work and I've finished all my work. I'm not entirely sure what to do with myself. I even took my time doing the cost of goods sold and invoicing but obviously I didn't use up enough time. Sometimes I wish I was salary so I could just go home once I was finished for the day. But on the other hand, I like when I get overtime.
