Everything physically hurts today. Guess that's what I get for going to a concert and standing for a few hours in heeled boots and being a woman. I want to seek today away.

More like there are fewer manicurists overall.

D would only be a shift along the supply curve. To shift the whole curve left, it has to be C (smaller supply).

The irony...

Being to afraid to take my Xanax, the med that will take my anxiety way for a short amount of time. I feel so stupid because I called my pdoc in tears, and absolute mess asking if he could prescribe something to get me through a couple of days.

So frustrating my anxiety just won’t go away.

I'm not sure if I am doing EMDR right. I had an appointment today and the woman kept asking what I noticd about my memory or what I thought or felt and it was just the same, I kept trying to come up with things because honestly?

Her: What do you feel?
Me: Anxiety *5 minutes later*
Her: what are you feeling in your body?
Me: Anxiety
Her: When you think about the memory what is there?
Me: ......anxiety?

Lovely colors! And your crocheting is becoming more lace-like. Like finer, more detailed.

I properly washed my face tonight. Not just using a wipe (or nothing) like I usually do, but an actual washcloth with actual facial cleanser and followed up with some facial oil in lieu of moisturizer. Since I started drinking again my skin has gone to hell again. My therapist told me my skin had more of a glow to it when I quit drinking before so there's definitely a price to be paid with my chosen method of escape.

I bought some frozen strawberries earlier today. I wanted already sliced, but I could only find sliced ones that were in sugar. Not ideal, but who am I kidding; it's not like I eat healthy anyway. They came in a little tub so I opened them just now and took a whiff. OMG. They smell so good.

I would expect sugary soaked strawberries to appear as nothing less, sounds delectable

Australia has crunchy honeycomb M&Ms. The UK does not - I feel this is an oversight, and yet I am unwilling to pay £6 plus shipping to try them.

I don't know - if exhankster had invented it - surely there would have been some poop or snot thrown in for good measure.
