I was just in the bath and wasn't until I got in it that I realised the bath cloth wasn't there. My normal bath routine is to sit in it, spread the cloth out over me and lay there. Its something I've always done.

The feeling I just got because I didn't have the cloth is beyond on words, it just felt like I was missing something so needed. Almost like a baby wanting so badly to be picked up and held and to feel safe in someones tight firm hold.

That feeling I felt is also the feeling I get when I tell myself I'm not going to use the pc, but find myself sitting down and checking emails and such and not knowing why I cannot leave it alone. Its because of "THAT" feeling, I need to satisfy it at all costs, or is it more that I need to deny that feeling at all costs?

I feel if I had to sit with that feeling alone for any lenght of time, I would die, or go mad. Perhaps thats exactly how it did feel once.

Perhaps I need to experiement with this one day and sit with it, I think I'll wait to get xmas out the way, we dont want one crazy bird trying to cook anther one.

Routines and habits can bring up all sorts of "funny" feelings I think? If we have any inkling of OCD in us, that probably doesn't help either.

I'm not sure I understand you PC analogy but sounds to me like you're feeling bad about something that is potentially good; you get a lot of PC (like from your T, say) and trying to break that good "alliance"/need is surely asking for resistance? Your T does psychially pick you up and hold you tightly? PC can at times do something of the sort. Why would you want to break that "unnaturally"? I think when we don't need T's and PC's and such they just kind of naturally let go as we move on?
