I’ll have to wear a mask entering and exiting the building, but I have the choice of taking it off in his office. I’ve (probably) had COVID so I’ll take it off.

I hope everything goes really well. It's inspiring to hear of someone actually doing in person sessions. Gives me hope. Everything is just so crazy.

Today was the first teletherapy session in which I actually felt comfortable. Well, pretty comfortable. There are a few advantages. For example, I didn't have to drive to the clinic in 100 degree heat with the inside of my car 120 degrees.

My luck I'll end up loving teletherapy, then they'll switch to in person and I'll be a mess
