I agree with the points made by Soliaree. Although I keep my out of session communication to a minimum, I think when I have written, it made a very important impact on the overall process. For some reason there were just things that need to be said, but I just couldn't physically seem to "say" them. My T would likely still be completely in the dark. (except for her ESP capabilities)

However, I do support Gracey's overall suggestion that issues should be taken care of IN the actual session. I am presently struggling with verbalizing certain things in face-to-face communication. I could very easily take the path of least resistance, writing it all down, and send it to her. But I think (at least today) that is would be a cop out. I would be again circumventing the process. Thanks to the reality check that members of PC gave me the other day... it's clear...I need to woman-up and "say" what happened in a face-to-face exchange.
